End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the ua-profi mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to this EULA, please do not use or access the App.

2. License Grant

ua-profi grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting offensive, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Using the App for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated methods to manipulate the App's functioning.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the App is also governed by the ua-profi Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

4. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant ua-profi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

6. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including that the App will operate uninterrupted or be error-free. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this EULA.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will ua-profi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the App.

8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or ua-profi. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA and your use of the App are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to this EULA

ua-profi reserves the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time. You are advised to review this EULA periodically for any changes.
