TERMS OF SERVICE

This is a legal agreement between you and ua-profi app developed by Serge Budnitski and Souren Balaian (hereinafter referred to as ua-profi).
You understand that the ua-profi only provides a platform where customers can meet based upon compatibility. The ua-profi does not have any direct or indirect control over any conversations by and among customers or any other conduct by and among customers. Your use of the services provided are at your own risk and you will be responsible for any loss or harm incurred due to such conversation, recommendation and/or interaction. In no case shall the ua-profi, its officers, directors and/or shareholders be liable for any such loss or harm.
The ua-profi does not make any warranty or representation concerning the recommendations or information provided through this service, the specific features of the service or its accuracy, reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs.
You understand that the ua-profi only provides a platform where customers can meet based upon compatibility. The ua-profi does not make any warranty or representation concerning the recommendations or information provided through this service, the specific features of the service or its accuracy, reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs.
1. NO WARRANTY: You understand and agree that:
a. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ua-profi information and services are provided "as-is" and with all faults. ua-profi assumes no responsibility for availability (or lack thereof), timeliness (or lack thereof), deletions, misdeliveries, or failure to store any member communications or personalization settings.
b. Use of the ua-profi information and services is at your sole risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of content and/or data from the ua-profi properties.
c. The ua-profi information and services are provided for entertainment purposes only and to the extent permitted by applicable law, ua-profi, on behalf of itself and its suppliers, disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty, representation or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement and it makes no warranty, representation or condition regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the ua-profi properties, the accuracy or reliability of any content obtained through the ua-profi properties, any goods or services purchased or obtained through the ua-profi properties, or any transactions, or any transactions entered into through the ua-profi properties, and makes no warranty, representation or condition that the ua-profi properties will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from ua-profi or through the ua-profi properties shall create any warranty representation or condition.
2.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ua-profi, its partners and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits and the cost of procurement of substitute good and services (collectively, "indirect damages") arising out of or in connection with the ua-profi properties, our privacy policy, or these terms (however arising, including negligence) even if ua-profi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing and to the extent permitted by applicable law, ua-profi, its partners and suppliers will not be liable for indirect damages arising out of or in connection with:
a. The use of or the inability to use the ua-profi properties;
b. Any goods or services purchased or obtained through the ua-profi properties, or messages received or transactions entered into through the UA Profi properties;
c. Loss of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data.
Some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations and exclusions set further above may not apply to you.
3. CHILD PRIVACY: If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or access the app. It is not our intention to collect or use personal information from anyone under 18 years of age, and will not knowingly do so. If we are made aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 18, and are asked to delete such information from our databases, we will promptly do so.
4.GOVERNING LAW: Any dispute in connection with the app or these Terms will be governed by the laws of Ukraine. The provision shall survive termination of this Agreement.
5.CONTROL OF CONTENT: The ua-profi has complete and exclusive control over all content shared and/or submitted by customers and reserves the right to delete, omit, retract and/or ban any customer or content from a customer, for any reason, at any time and in its sole discretion.
6.ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Terms are the final, complete and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereto and supersedes and merges all prior discussions between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
The Services provided by the ua-profi are for entertainment and general information purposes. The information provided is not designed to provide advice or recommendation. You should not take any action based upon the content or information obtained via the ua-profi. The ua-profi accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from accessing or relying upon content or information gathered from the ua-profi and disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all liability with respect to acts or omissions made by clients or readers on the basis of content or information obtained from the ua-profi.
The content displayed on the app or any other documents, provided by the ua-profi, is the intellectual property of the ua-profi. You may not reuse, republish or reprint such content without the express written content of the ua-profi.
