1. Information we collect

The ua-profi application, developed by Serge Budnitski and Suren Balaian (hereinafter referred to as ua-profi), values your trust and is committed to managing, using and protecting your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that ua-profi collects from and about you when you visit our application, and explains how ua-profi may use and disclose such information, as well as your ability to control certain uses of it. Please take the time to read and understand this policy.

When using the ua-profi application, you provide us with certain information. This includes the following:

• When you create an account, you at least provide us with your email address.
• When you fill out your profile, you can provide us with additional information such as your name, profile description, photo, as well as the services you provide and your professional competencies. To add certain content, such as a profile photo, you may provide us with access to your camera or photo album.
• When you participate in surveys, you share with us your opinions about our products and services, answers to our questions and feedback.
• When you contact our support team, we collect information that you provide to us during the conversation.
• We also process your chat communications with other users and the information you post to ensure the operation and security of the services and to protect our community.

In addition to the information you provide to us directly, we also receive information about you from others:

• Social media: You may choose to share information with us through your social media account, for example, if you choose to register and log in to an account through your social media or other account (such as Google or Apple).

When you use our ua-profi apps, we collect technical information about which features you used, how you used them, and which devices you used to access them. More about this below.

• Usage data: When you interact with the application, usage data is recorded, such as the date and time you logged in, the functions you use, and how you communicate with other users.
• Device Information: We collect information about the devices you use to access the Application, including hardware and software information such as IP address, device ID and type, application settings, crashes, and identifiers associated with cookies.
• Information collected by cookies and similar technologies: We use, and may allow others to use, cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and your devices. You can read our Cookie Policy to learn more about why we use them and how you can control their use.

2. Uses and purposes of data processing

ua-profi uses and processes the Data for the following purposes:

• to register users;
• for identification, authorization of users;
• to ensure the proper functioning of the Application;
• to find and analyze the causes of possible errors in the application;
• to ensure communication between ua-profi and users, including for the purpose of technical support, informing users about updates to the application, and responding to user requests;
• to ensure communication between users;
• to optimize and improve the operation of the ua-profi application;
• to analyze statistics on the use of the application and assess interest in ua-profi.

ua-profi does not process data related to race, nationality, political views, religious and other beliefs, membership in public organizations. Information that characterizes the physiological characteristics of users, on the basis of which their identity can be established, is also not processed.

3. Conditions for granting access to data

Since the main purpose of ua-profi is to help you find a handyman and/or offer your services, the main exchange of information takes place between users. You share information with other users when you voluntarily fill out a public profile.

Communication between clients in the built-in chat or outside of it does not depend on any interaction with ua-profi. You control the content of your interactions and share with other ua-profi clients only the information you want to share. ua-profi cannot and does not control what other clients do with the information you may provide to them directly through our application or outside of it. You must take care to protect your personal information and privacy. There is no reason for you to provide any client contacted through our app with personal contact information or specific financial information, including account numbers or other sensitive information related to your identity, and if you do, ua-profi is not responsible for any consequential actions.

5. Your rights and choices

We respect your privacy rights and want you to be in control of your information, and we have the following tools to help you do that:

• Access/Update Tools. Tools and account settings that you can use to access, correct or delete the information you have provided to us and associated with your account. If you have any questions about these tools and settings, please send an email to sb@ua-profi.com
• Device permissions. Mobile platforms have permission systems for certain types of data and notifications, such as contacts, photos, geolocation services, push notifications, and advertising identifiers. You can change the settings on your device to allow or prohibit the collection or processing of the relevant information or the display of the relevant notifications. However, prohibiting this may result in limited functionality of some services.
• Deletion. You can stop the collection of all information by the application by uninstalling it using the standard process on your device. Please note that uninstalling the app does NOT delete your account. To delete it, use the corresponding function of the application.
• Deleting your account. You can delete your account using the corresponding function.

Depending on your region of residence

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) and wish to access, amend, delete or transfer any personal data we hold about you, you may send an email with a request to sb@ua-profi.com We will make every effort to respond to your request within 60 days.

Under certain circumstances, you also have the right to object to ua-profi's processing of your personal information. You may refuse to share certain personal data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide you with certain features and functions of the application and/or certain ua-profi services. In circumstances where you have provided your consent, you also have the right to withdraw your consent.

B. Your privacy rights in the United States:

In addition to the information and rights described in this Privacy Policy, if you are a resident of the United States, you may exercise the following privacy rights:

• The right to know: You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, the business or commercial purposes for which personal information is collected, sold or shared, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to erasure: You have the right to have the personal information we hold about you erased.
• You may exercise your right to erasure by sending an email with a request to sb@ua-profi.com
• Right to rectification: You have the right to correct most of the information you have provided to us by editing your profile directly in the Service. If you believe that we are storing inaccurate information about you, you can send an email with a request to sb@ua-profi.com to correct it.
• Right to object/restriction: You may also have the right to object to or request that we restrict certain data processing. To do so, please send an email with the relevant request to sb@ua-profi.com

UA Profi will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days after due diligence, unless we need additional time, in which case we will notify you.

You can stop receiving promotional and news emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails. Even if you unsubscribe from certain emails, we may still send you important non-marketing communications.

4. Cross-border data transmission

ua-profi is a global application, and we and/or our service providers may process, transfer and store user information on servers located in a number of countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. When we transfer personal information outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other countries whose data protection laws are recognized as adequate by the European Commission or other competent authority, we use standard contractual clauses.

6. Storage of your data

We retain your personal information for as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes (as described in Section 3). If you decide to stop using our services, you can delete your account and your profile will no longer be visible to other users. Please note that we will automatically delete your account if it is inactive for two years. After deleting your account, we will delete your personal information after one calendar month.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the security of our customers' information and strive to provide up-to-date information about our approach to data processing, so this Policy may change from time to time. We will notify you before any material changes become effective so that you have time to review them.
